Katie Dear worked backstage in London’s West End, including U.K tours for 13 years from Wig Assistant to Head of Wigs. Training at The National Theatre and finishing 13 years later as Head of Wigs at The Dominion Theatre for ‘We Will Rock You’ then finally running the Wigs Team on Phantom of the Opera’s 25th Anniversary at The Royal Albert Hall, and then moving on to work in T.V and Film and ran a Wedding Hair and Makeup business which worked around family life.
After a successful career in London’s West End she is now helping people find their alternative hair and with it a new found confidence, often having been through traumatic circumstances. More about Katie https://katiedear.co.uk/about/
Katie will be located at Rumours Hair & Beauty on the third Sunday of every month. This will be by appointment only on a private one to one basis.
