Some of our services, such as hair extensions, mesh integration, scalp bleach, and colour correction, require a consultation before booking. Please schedule a complimentary consultation first so we can assess your hair, talk through your goals, and plan your service safely and effectively.
🧪 New to the salon and wanting a colour service? – Book a complimentary 15-minute chat with us — we’ll look at your hair, talk through your goals, and build a custom plan. We’ll also run through maintenance, aftercare, timing, and costs so you know exactly what to expect.
⏰ Need help finding a time? Can’t see the slot you want, or looking for an appointment outside our usual hours? Just give us a call — we’ll always do our best to help.
💳All services require a 50% booking fee at the time of booking. This helps us manage our diary and reduce no-shows. Booking fee’s are transferable with sufficient notice but are non-refundable for missed or late-cancelled appointments.
Please note: Prices shown for technical services in our online booking system are a guide only, we price all technical services individually to suit your hair and vision, your final quote will be confirmed during your consultation.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable — if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This gives us the chance to offer your slot to another client and helps keep our day running smoothly.
All services require a 50% booking fee at the time of booking. With enough notice, this can usually be transferred to a new appointment. However, in the case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable.
